Our beef is produced in Australia, Ireland and Scotland. Each country has its own climate and feed resulting in a unique flavour and texture.

For example, many Scottish beef cattle graze at 600 metres above sea level, eat fresh grass, living in a clean environment with a moist atmosphere. That all adds up to superbly tasty meat.
