Terms & Conditions of Trade

  1. Ownership of goods supplied by A.P.S Meats Ltd shall not pass to the buyer until payment in full has been received (retention of title).
  2. Payment is due strictly in accordance with the agreed payment terms shown above. A.P.S Meats Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  3. A.P.S Meats Ltd reserves the right to suspend deliveries or withdraw credit facilities at any time without prior notice in the event of late or non-payment.
  4. If full payment is not made within the agreed payment terms, the matter will be passed to our third-party debt recovery specialist, Goodwins Credit Management Ltd. A charge of 15% plus VAT of the unpaid amount will be incurred to cover recovery costs, and statutory interest will additionally be applied to the unpaid amount.
  5. The applicant authorises A.P.S Meats Ltd to make such credit reference and bank enquiries as it considers necessary to assess this application, and to share information with credit reference agencies.
  6. Personal data provided on this form will be processed by A.P.S Meats Ltd in accordance with UK data protection law (UK GDPR) and used solely for the purposes of assessing and managing this trade account.
  7. I/we confirm that the information given on this form is true and complete to the best of my/our knowledge, and I/we agree to be bound by A.P.S Meats Ltd's standard terms and conditions of trade, a copy of which is available on request.
