Our chicken mince is extra lean (with approx. 5% fat content) and packed full of healthy flavoursome protein!

This mince has no added water or salt, we use only the finest Chicken Breast fillets, to give you a great tasting mince with no cartilage, gristle or any other extras.

We recommend rolling these into meatballs with a sprinkle of soy sauce, fish sauce, lemongrass, mint  and red onion. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
